The Account Re-personalization API is a request to repersonalize an existing token in a digital wallet. This API will result in the NWP and/or Issuer to send updated credentials that need to be provisioned on the MPP.
For Account Re-personalization and Keyrotation scenarios, MPP should invoke this API after receiving a ‘Repersonalization” operation request via the Life Cycle Management API (a.k.a ‘tickle’) and the sessionID received in the Life Cycle Management request must be passed in the Account Repersonalization request.

The Account Re-personalization API is a request to repersonalize an existing token in a digital wallet.

The Account Eligibility API is a request to verify that the Card is eligible for the Payment Program. This API will return data elements needed to proceed with provisioning in the case of eligible Cards.

This API will result in the NWP and/or issuer performing the following:
 * Validating the card data
 * Determining if additional cardholder authentication is required
 * Returning the card meta data to the CBP provider

The OOB Authentication API is a request to send an out-of-band (OOB) authentication request to the contact channel the Cardholder selects.
